Hi, I am Veronica!

You’ll find me at the Massey Clinic in West Auckland. I am a registered osteopath with Osteopathy Council New Zealand (OCNZ) at Top Notch Bodyworks and have experience in osteopathy, sports injuries, pain management, pregnancy and postnatal care. 

If you are unfamiliar with what an osteopath does, let me reassure you, with my treatment, we’ll look at the concerns you are wanting help with, so we can approach your treatment from a whole-body perspective that helps you move and feel better.

I take a straightforward and concise approach to address acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, as well as pre- and post-operative rehabilitation and pain. Most importantly, I want to help you find the cause of your concern and provide you with the appropriate techniques to get the relief you need.

I was drawn to osteopathy having experienced it from a young age, it was hugely beneficial when considering all aspects of pain management. And because I understand that no issue is the same, we need to approach your treatment individually so that we can be successful. 

My specific interest is in athletes and return-to-play following injury and so my interest in sport drove my thesis investigating the influence of low back pain on rowers at all competition levels.

As a Gisborne local, I love getting out in the sunshine – camping, running and hiking and you will also find me in the gym. My knitting skills are strong, and I do love a good book!
