Arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your session time will help to maximise your treatment session.

If you are new to Top Notch, arriving early will ensure we can obtain any necessary health information (general health, previous injuries or health concerns and goals for treatment), which does not eat into your session. 

Our Address

You will find us located at 17 Dilworth Ave, Remuera within the Remuera Rackets Club.  We have easy access to free parking.

Where to park

When you arrive, please park in the ample free parking you see below. Head towards the entrance of RRC.

Inside RRC

Head up the stairs within the front entrance and you will be taken up to the top. Head through the doors below and you will see another flight of stairs heading down to the ground floor.  We will be on your right.

Head straight ahead through the doors and then down the stairs

You will find us on the right hand side as you reach the bottom of the stairs.

Facilities

Toilet facilities are conveniently located across the hall from our rooms.  Wheelchair access is available through ground floor with prior arrangement.
